Brandon Isaak and Keith Picot’s performance offers a mixture of country blues, gospel, ragtime, piedmont, swing and blues, laughter and original live soundtracks to authentic silent era films. The Scoundrels have taken a classic art form and thrust it into the modern world.

This week we feature some of Dawson’s finest homegrown talent including the bluegrass rhythms of Whoa Bear, folk duo Three Chords & the Truth and the fiddle and tap dancing trio Shoo-fly join us from Whitehorse. Hosted once again by The Kings of Dawson City.

    The Barnacle Jazz Trio consists of brothers Joe (bass) and Jesse (drums) Cooke with Barnacle on piano. The repertoire is from the jazz musicians standby- the real book. Gypsy jazz melodies from “les Années Folles” in the spirit of the French guitarist, Django Reinhardt, and the Quintet of the Hot Club of France.
